Interventions & Treatment

Intervention is the first step on the path to recovery. Getting a person to admit he or she needs help to overcome addiction is only the beginning. Treatment is where the real changes happen. Over the course of three to 6 weeks, the addict begins to experience physical, mental and emotional changes. Life gets better. The foundation for a drug-free, happy life is put in place.

At our Executive Treatment Program, all our patients are regarded with respect (self-esteem and self-confidence are frequent victims of addiction). We believe that healing has to happen not just from the outside in, but also from the inside out. Addicts are all too aware of their failures and shortcomings. Recovery is about reclaiming basic human dignity, by behaving in a dignified manner.

We also acknowledge the responsibilities the addict may still be carrying from his or her job. Arrangements are made to allow our clients to communicate with their business associates, without interfering with his or her treatment schedule.

Each patient’s program is developed specifically for that individual, realizing that everyone follows a different path into addiction, and therefore the path leading out will be unique, as well. We don’t do “cookie cutter recovery.”

Each patient is assigned a case manager immediately upon entering treatment. This relationship continues throughout treatment, so the patient has a single point of contact—always available—to help make the process as simple, painless and effective as possible. Many times, former clients remain in contact with their case managers long after completing treatment. In addition to having shared in a profound life changing experience, this bond can be one source of support in the life-long process of recovery.

Our staff of doctors, nurses, therapists, personal trainers, dieticians and other professionals work as a team to help the client achieve sobriety. They provide physical and psychological evaluations, group and individual counseling, an introduction to the 12-Step program, a range of physical and recreational options, classes in stress reduction techniques (such as meditation and yoga), nutritional guidance—even massage and golf, all in the comfort of our well-appointed, serene and private facilities.

If someone you know needs help overcoming the grip of addiction, we can provide the support they need—from intervention to detox, through rehab and treatment. You can entrust the executive in your life to our care, with the assurance that our only objective is helping that person achieve wholeness through recovery. Please call us for additional information, or to arrange for an intervention.
